New Car Customer Gifts


What is your dealership doing for your new car customers? New car customer gifts can improive your CSI scores. In many dealerships, everything from mailing chocolate chip cookies, to giving out gourmet food baskets (my personal favorite), a wet-wipe and trash bag set with the dealerships logos on everything and the ever so popular calendar with the customer photo with their new vehicle.
In choosing the perfect customer gifts, first try to think of what would make you as a customer happy to receive. Would you use the calendar with your picture on it? Would you hang it on your wall? How much stuff (mugs, key chains, logo'd trash bag) would you actually keep and use with the dealers logo on it? What would you actually enjoy or find useful? Also, what would stay visible? What would stay on your desk? On your counter? Then, choose price points - it's much easier to look at a huge range of items in your price point and choose from there.
Have you considered adding an imprinted gift card with your dealerships logo on it for parts accessories or service performed? This would need to be a "surprise" gift and would give the customer incentive to come back to your dealership and give your dealership the chance to form a relationship with this customer.
